I have a large head and it doesn't cover my face but i'm not actually sure if it should completely, the eyes are maybe a little far apart when wearing it and it's tight up against the nose. Not a particularly comfortable mask to wear.
The face portion is approx 18cms in diameter and including the ears, 31cms high and 4cms deep.
